Refund Policy

At Mobile Detailing Expert, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is a top priority. While we strive to provide exceptional mobile detailing services, we understand that situations may arise where a refund, re-service, or other resolution may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address concerns through a re-service, partial refund, or service credit, at our discretion.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.
  • Damage was caused directly by our staff during the detailing process.
  • Services were paid for but not rendered due to cancellation by Mobile Detailing Expert, LLC.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • No-shows or vehicles that are not accessible at the scheduled time.
  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond the scope of our detailing services.
  • Services not completed because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@mobiledetailingexpert.com within 7 days of your service.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and photos (if applicable).
  3. Allow up to 7 business days for us to investigate your request.

5. Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of your request, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund.
  • A complimentary re-service.
  • A credit toward future services.

6. Payment Method for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours or more in advance: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment or no-show: May be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
